If evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained from your deposit to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 degrees during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property. If unauthorized guests have stayed, a fee of $200 will be retained from your deposit plus $50 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are allowed at this property, with prior approval and payment of a pet fee. If any pets are found in/on the property without a previous agreement, the guest will be fined $200, and the booking may be terminated. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products or other products besides toilet paper have been flushed and clogged the plumbing system, the guest will be charged the cost of the plumbing repair. Absolutely no candles may be burned in the house or on the property. Please do not leave the grill burning unattended and clean grill after use. Guests will need to provide their own paper goods.
