We designed this separate space out of an older house to create a unique apartment with everything you need for a mid term stay. It has a kitchenette, a small bathroom with a standard tub/shower combo, (2) bedrooms with study desks and a living room/ theater room. One our favorites, is the private front patio. It has seating for 2-3. We find it great for sipping coffee and watching the activity of the street below.
Guests will have shared access to the entryway leading to the unit, the backyard, and the laundry room with two sets of washer/dryers (in the room behind the house - access code required for entry).
