We designed this separate space out of an older house to create a unique apartment with everything you need for a mid to long term stay. It has three bedrooms, dedicated work-spaces with monitors., a full Kitchen with a open space concept that includes a dining table and living room. One of our favorite's is the private covered deck with access to the backyard. It has seating for two and a hammock; We find it great for sipping coffee or tea and watching the activity of the nearby school. At night you can catch a glimpse of the lights from KC skyline. Guests will have shared access to the entryway leading to the unit, the backyard, and the laundry room with two sets of washer/dryers (in the room behind the house - access code required for entry).
