The Cottage at Sand’s Edge is BEACHFRONT (ten steps from the sand) and a two-minute walk to the Santa Cruz Harbor’s dining (Crow’s Nest & Café El Palomar). Enjoy the ocean and beach views. Open the double wide French doors and let the cool ocean breeze waft in. The large patio features an outdoor dining area and BBQ. Listen to the waves crash while grilling up dinner for the family. Enter into an open floor plan with spacious living room. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen while visiting with your guests. Master bedroom has Queen bed and second bedroom provides built in bunk beds great for the kids. Linens and towels are provided as is the stackable washer/dryer. Off street parking is provided for 1 car and street parking for additional (parking permit provided during season). No smoking or pets are allowed (no exceptions). Twin Lakes Beach is the best “locals only” beach in Santa Cruz due to the limited public parking with amazing ocean wild life – dolphins, seals, otters. Twin Lakes Beach also has lifeguards and fire pits. BED SIZES: 1 QUEEN, 2 TWINS (BUNK BEDS) WITH LINENS PROVIDED Monthly rate is $3,600 per month and includes housekeeping twice a month. Deposit is the same as the Rental amount. There is a Cleaning/Linen fee of $700. If the fees at the end of your stay do not equal this amount then the balance would be put towards the deposit and refunded to you. Monthly guests are to keep house clean. Guests are responsible for the PG&E, Comcast/XFINITY Bundle (Cable, WiFi and Phone) and Water during their stay at our properties. Owner keeps these utilities current and then sends them to Kendall & Potter. We then prorate for the dates you are at the property sending a copy to you for your records and reimbursement to the owner. Please note that the First months' rent and deposit are payable by cashier check or money order. We are sorry, we do NOT accept credit cards for rental payments, but we do require it for our records and for your utility bills that may come after your departure.
