This family oriented complex is centrally located on SW 185th 3 blocks north of Canyon and just a short 2 minute bus ride from the max station and Tanasbourne. Your apartment has a disposal, built-in Microwave, private patio, storage closet and even walk-in pantry. Don't forget we pay WATER, SEWER & GARBAGE. $54.90 App Fee per adult $800 Security Deposit (on approved application) We are PET FRIENDLY. $400 refundable additional security deposit for first pet and $200 for second. In addition to increased deposits there is a pet rent charge of $15 per month for cat and $20 per month for a dog. Limit of 2 pets per apartment. All cats must be spayed/neutered.
