(sorry guys). -Brand new condo building (built a year ago) -Amenities: Massive lobby, gym, sauna, rooftop patio with grill, billiard room, theatre room, 24/hr concierge -The unit itself has in-unit laundry, central A/C, central heating, dishwasher, a large 35 ft balcony, beautiful and bright South-East views of the city and Skyline -There is a convenience store right outside the condo and Banknote Bar across the street. The condo is a 2 min walk from both the Queen and King Street cars grocery stores and very close to Distillery District and St. Lawrence Market. You will be sharing the unit with myself. I am a young professional working downtown in Finance. My current roommate is moving out June 1 because he bought a house. You would be taking over his name on the lease, however our lease is up in a month, so we could either sign for another year or go month-to-month, but I would prefer to sign for another year as I want someone that plans to stay longer term. Most of the furniture will be leaving the unit, so you can either bring your own or I get an excuse to go shopping (for the shared space).
