Hey everyone, Below is all the info about the apartment and area. Feel free to email with questions. To save everyone time I am looking for a female only. The Apartment- Clean and well kept 2 bedroom and 1 bath (1BR available). The living room contains exposed brick, wooden floors, natural light, a leather couch, massage chair, a printer/fax/scanner, HD TV with HBO, Xbox with Netflix, AC and internet. The Room- Ok the most important part. As you can see from the photo the room as wooden floors, closet space with additional overhead storage, large window with natural light, dresser and a queen size frame bed with headboard. I also have a full size bed with frame if you prefer to have more space. The Location- The apartment is located on 93st between 2nd & 3rd Avenue. Near 6 Train on 95/lex or the express options 456 on 86th/lex. Parks: Carl Schurz Park and Central Park are a 15 min walk away. There are a few bars on 2nd ave. One has a nice little poker room if thats your thing. There is also a speakeasy type bar which is pretty cool. Lots of choices of restaurants. Groceries you have a few options. The closest one is Key Foods literally across the street. If you're into the healthy foods like me there is C-Town on 89/1st which is a 5 min walk or the huge Fairways on 86/lex. There's a few other options as well but I'll spare writing a novel. Availability- The room is available Immediately until Feb 1. Requirements- 1st Month and 1 month security. If you leave before the end of our agreement you forfeit your security. Me- 27yr male who cleans, who cooks, I'm easy going and keep an open mind. I am a personal trainer and work in event planning so I keep really busy. Speaking of gyms there is synergy which is right across the street and a NYSC that is a block away. Yes I can get you some free passes. What I'm looking for- Someone who is respectful of my property and things. Doesn't throw wild parties. Clean and an open minded person.
