Waitlist for River Ridge Center at 640 Filer Ave W - This is the River Ridge Center Wait List for Fall 2018. We have 3 studios, 6 one-bedrooms and 2 two-bedrooms which will be ready for occupancy mid-August. Rents range in price from $400 to $800. Here's how it works: 1) Complete an application. There is a $20 non-refundable fee. 2) If you are approved, you will pay the $50 wait list fee. At that time, you tell us what kind of unit you are interested in. This is refundable if you change your mind. 3) When we have a unit available, we will contact you with details, pictures and/or a tour of the facility. If you decide you want that unit, you will have 24 hours to pay the deposit to hold the unit. 4) We will hold the apartment up to 10 days, at which time you start paying rent.
