Please note: This house is located on a beautiful, family owned working farm in Leicester. There are corn and hay fields behind and on the side of the house, so you will see an occasional tractor harvesting the fields. Water, lawn care, and trash service is included in the rent. Tenants will be responsible for rolling the receptacles to the end of the driveway on trash day. Tenants are required to have renters insurance. Cell service is a little spotty in the area, but you may be able to get a cellphone booster. Charter cable and internet is available.
