12 Shirley Ave #10 · Apartment for Rent

Property Id: 1194983 This is a very clean, well maintained property. The apartment is in excellent maintenance free condition! I am working on a few minor improvements and it is waiting for an honest, clean, responsible tenant to fill it. It is owner occupied so you don't have to worry about loud parties, drugs or shady characters. It is a perfect apartment for seniors as well. I am seeking a responsible person, this is an owner occupied property, it is a duplex so the owner lives next door and is easy to get along with and respectable, quiet and clean. It is perfect for an older person because there are not many stairs to climb or for a professional. I am seeking a long-term tenant. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartment is located on a dead end street. Please be patient as I have to screen the responses to select the perfect tenant. I can promise I am a quiet, responsible older owner who respects your privacy and there for you if you need something or have an issue. Showings are by appointment only.
