I live in NYC and will be coming to visit every other month, using the GUEST BEDROOM/Pineapple Room and GUEST Bathroom, as well as common areas). $950 per month (ALL), including all utilities, internet/WIFI, and Netflix-Hulu with local channels. Your room is currently furnished and you can add a couple pieces if you like. This place works for someone on a long term project/contract job, or new to Orlando/just starting out, or what not. Bonus: My housekeeper will come by every other month to clean the floors, wash sheets, and bathrooms/kitchen. The community is Wimbledon Centre Court; they have a large pool, gym, and tennis courts (all recently renovated), and it is gated - you get a reserved spot convenient to the condo.
