Lease for 1 year preferred. All occupants 18 years and older must submit individual application. Pet Screen profile is required for all pets and applicants. All fees and accompanying documents must be paid and received by Pmi S Hampton Roads to be considered. Tenant is responsible for on-time rent, communication with management for all maintenance related issues, mowing and landscaping, and will pay for water, power, and sewage while occupying dwelling. Tenants must provide Renter's Insurance Policy active for the duration of lease that covers $100,000 in liability (or one wil be assigned by Pmi S Hampton Roads). Pmi S Hampton Roads follows all Tenant-Landlord Laws of Virginia. First month's rent and security deposit of $2650 is required upon execution of lease and must be signed by approved applicant(s) with completed and signed addendums.
