We use a very unique showing system -- it allows you to view the apartment all by yourself and on your own recognizance. Viewing hours are in effect 7 days/week from 8AM-8PM for your convenience. Much like going to the gas station to pump your own gas, you can drive to our building, unlock the door to unit #8, and view your new apartment - all without us being there with you! AVOID SCAMS - Please note you must personally register for the self-serve system in order to receive an access code and view the apartment. Apartment #8 is a large, 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment on the first floor of the building. It is fully tiled, has ceiling fans and two wall-mounted A/C units - one in the main living area and one in the bedroom. Window blinds are provided. The apartment features a big living area, a galley style kitchen with new appliances and a door to the outside, and plenty of closet space. There is an on-site (coin-operated) laundry for your convenience, and water, sewer, and trash removal services are included in the rent. FYI, each apartment is assigned one off-street parking space. Please be aware there is only one guest parking spot, and there are no additional parking spaces available for rent. Maximum of two people in a 1-bedroom apartment. Small pets (dogs or cats up to 25 lbs) are allowed, and dog breed restrictions are in place for the safety of our tenants and neighbors. FYI, a one-time pet fee (per pet) is additional and due at lease signing, and there is a limit of two pets per apartment. The property is located on a quiet Hollywood street and is just a few minutes to the shopping and great dining options found on Hollywood Boulevard. The building is located between I-95 and Federal Highway, and the location gives quick access to the highway system, the airport, and the beaches. $80.00 application fee per person over the age of 18. Background screening is required and performed with each application, and lease terms are for 12 months. Move in cost is the first month's rent PLUS the security deposit, which varies from 1-3 months' rent. Note that we do NOT collect the last month's rent in advance.
