The apartment is very comfortable, bright and is right downtown and close to everything! The apartment is directly beside the famous St. Lawrence Market. It is also steps to all the bars on the Esplanade and the very popular Distillery District, George Brown College, tons of restaurants, shopping, waterfront, Sugar Beach, 24 hour grocery stores, many amenities, night life and highways. Also in a short walking distance is the CN Tower, ACC, Rogers Center, Ripleys Aquarium, Financial Core, 2 subway stations (Union and King) King subway station - 6 min walk. King street is a 2 min walk away and you can easily jump on a steet car to the subway. Union Subway Station - 10 Minute walk The Gardener Express Way is seconds away providing quick and easy access to all parts of the city. There is paid street parking as well as free street parking depending on the hours. Paid parking lot below building and the possibility of parking in the building. The apartment is completely furnished and has everything you could possibly need for cooking. All bedding and towels are provided. There is also a piano if you feel like playing a tune or two and roof top access where you can get views of the waterfront and City. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire apartment which includes a private bedroom, eating area, sun room, living room and shared bathroom. Rooftop access, in building laundry. Other things to note Roomate - 34 year old professional male. Very laid back guy, creative sensitive type. Very considerate, quiet, is hardly home. It will feel like you live alone and have the entire apartment to yourself. Looking for a professional single. No partiers or smokers. Cats ok.
