The townhouse floorplan makes it easy to keep guests on the ground floor. Each unit has an in-unit washer and dryer; a private laundromat on the property is also available! Rent includes water/sewer (capped at $300/quarter), internet, and cable. Our experienced maintenance team, led by Ron, is responsive to requests – he will tend to it within a day! They take care of snow removal, as well as other needs on the grounds.
