House is located between Spadina Subway Station and Bathurst Subway Station, just a few houses south of Bloor. The house has a shared bathroom and a shared shower room. Convenient location – close to many transit and bike routes. Very walkable neighbourhood. Two grocery stores, two pharmacies, and many cafés and restaurants nearby. The house is less than a 5-minute walk to both Bathurst and Spadina subway stations. 10-minute walk to U of T's downtown St George campus. Housemates include an AV technician, an artist, a construction worker, a cleaner, and a bike courier. First and last months' rent is required.
