Your $700 rent includes all utilities, including Hi-Speed Bell Wireless Internet. Appointments to view the room will be in half-hour segments (i.e. at 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 etc.), Saturday (29 January), and Sunday (29 January), and Monday (30 January) between 5pm and 9pm. House is located between Spadina Subway Station and Bathurst Subway Station, just a few houses south of Bloor. The house has two shared bathrooms and a shared shower room. Convenient location – close to many transit and bike routes. Very walkable neighbourhood. Two grocery stores, two pharmacies, and many cafés and restaurants nearby. Housemates include an AV technician, a customer service agent, a snow plow operator, and two bike couriers. First and last months' rent is required.
