We are mature non-smoking professionals (22-35) looking to replace our roommate. Our house is located one block from transit to downtown Vancouver and is near Kerrisdale shops and restaurants. Transit to UBC is nearby as well. The house is located near the Arbutus Greenway and bike routes which make it convenient when cycling around Vancouver. We are usually working during the week but enjoy spending time together, sharing meals and a few laughs. Ideally, we are looking for a clean, respectful like minded individual to share our house with. It’s not a party house though we do like to kick back and enjoy a drink together. The large furnished bedroom in the basement suite comes with a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. It comes with a dresser, desk and chair, double bed and closet. Rent including free laundry, high speed fibre optic internet, other utilities is $995 per month. Room is for a single person only on Ja 1st for a 3 month lease to start.
