Rochelle Apartments is a small, centrally located complex. We are on TV Hwy near Intel, Nike, Grocery stores, bus lines and restaurants. We are a quiet family complex with 25 units. Although there are no washer and dryers in the unit, each building a a laundry room for the tenants use. One parking space is included with each unit and there is also lots of on site parking. Our units are large. Many have easily cleaned wood flooring in the living room, kitchen and dining room. All our units have wall to wall carpeting in the two bedrooms. All apartments all have lots of storage, including a large private storage unit off the patio/balcony.
