Looking to rent the second bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. The room is large, could fit a queen bed plus furniture no problem, and has a good sized closet. And most importantly, you would have your own full bathroom. The apartment came with two parking spots so you would have access to one of those if you needed. The apartment has new stainless steel appliances and is nice. I should have pictures up within the next couple of days. Your rent would be $500/month plus electric and cable/internet. No pets. I am a mid 20's male. I work as an engineer in Schaumburg. I usually play sports and workout after work during the week and I am usually out and about on the weekends. I looking for someone who is clean, responsible, and courteous. I prefer a male.
