Potentially open to some work trade, especially with a web, office, or marketing genius. The utilities are low. This space is the private, self-contained bottom floor of a house. Household tends towards organic/ vegetarian/ bicycle/ carpool enthusiast, ecological/ social activist. Family vibe--People in the house enjoy engaging with each other.
