Small, cozy, quiet room available in a two-level, four-room flat at 3rd and Blenheim, shared by some chill, fun people. Currently shared by two guys and a girl, so we're looking for another girl to maintain the dynamic. Rent includes all utilities (hydro, gas, water, cable, and wifi). Available May 1st or maybe a little sooner if needed. The room has: - 2 windows (one opens, one does not), - a built-in bookshelf, - 2 closets (one in the room, one just outside the door), - its own heat control, - enough room for a double bed and bedside table, (the room is on the small side, but very comfortable!), - some cool exposed brick, if that's your thing. Upstairs, the flat has: - a large living room with lots of big windows, a big TV, and upright piano, - a dining area with a big table, - a full kitchen with a big fridge, gas range, and dishwasher, - a full bathroom. Downstairs, there's: - an additional living room, - a half bathroom, - free laundry, shared by the everyone in the house. Again, a flat dynamic of two guys and two girls has worked well in the past, so we're looking for a girl to maintain the balance. The flat is currently shared by two guys and one girl from The UK and Canada. Everyone is between the ages of 25 and 32, and employed or going to school.
