I give up the lease of my great loft has to leave of May 15th ( the date is flexible), but has to leave of July 1st the lease will be renewed for the next year. The loft was situated in one minute of the subway Beaubien, it is spacious and it's perfect for a couple or a single person. It has a constant lighting in the day. It stays calm in the middle of the plazza Saint-hubert... Cats(chats) are only accepted.
The loft is semi-furnished (Gas cooker and fridge) and it is necessary to add $60/month for the electricity. The washermachine / dryer can be left for a good price!

Je cède le bail de mon super loft a partir du 15 mai (date d'entrée flexible), mais a partir du 1er juillet le bail sera renouvelé pour l'année suivante. Le loft situé à une minute du métro Beaubien, il est spacieux et c'est parfait pour un couple ou une personne seule. Il dispose d'un éclairage constant en journée. Il reste calme en plein milieu du plazza Saint-hubert... Les chats sont seuls acceptés.
Le loft est semi-meublé (Gazinière et frigidaire) et il faut rajouter 60$/ mois pour l'electricité. La laveuse/secheuse peuvent etre laissées pour un bon prix !
