I am looking for someone to rent out the bachelor apartment that I am currently living in. You must be able to move in by Friday, May 1st at the latest.
The rent is $850/month plus utilities (utilities for one person is only approximately $15 biweekly). However, I am willing to negotiate on the price of first month's rent and cover some of the cost of first month's rent that will be due on May 1st (the day your lease would begin).
About the apartment:
It is a bachelor/studio apartment. There is a spacious front foyer when you walk through the door, which is highly uncommon for bachelor/studio apartments. There is also a walk-in closet, coat closet, a huge balcony, and brand new kitchen appliances (the fridge and stove are new).
Location:
The apartment is located at the main intersection of Birchmount and Sheppard. It is a great location in Scarborough, bordering North York. Agincourt mall (which has a Nofrills, Wal Mart, Shoppers Drug Mart, LCBO, Beer Store, Scotiabank, BMO Bank, Pet Smart, Pizza Pizza, Burger King, Chinese Restaurant, Tim Hortons, and much more), sits just behind the building, and there are three other plazas in the immediate area. The 85 Sheppard bus 190 bus are just outside the building and come frequently. Fairview mall/don mills station and Scarborough town centre are both just a 10 minute bus ride away.
You must have your first month and last month's rent ready to be paid on May 1st. It is $850, but I am wiling to cover $200 off of that first payment or negotiate the amount, leaving you to pay only $650 for first month's rent, plus $850 for last month's rent.
