It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, separate living & dining rooms, & a kitchen with breakfast nook. There is a fire escape style patio, laundry in the basement and parking available if needed. The house is steps away from the subway, Loblaws, St. Clair West, Forest Hill Village, & the Annex. Quick subway ride to downtown. About me: I am a female in my early 30s. I have lived in the apartment for over 3 years and absolutely love it. I work full time in culture, I am organized, clean and friendly. I am looking for a fun and mature young professional to share my home with -- preferably another female. I live a busy life and like to run, ski and play tennis. I hope that we could become friends as when I'm home I am social, and do enjoy a good glass of wine with my roommate after a long day! The room is available as of June 1st, 2015 for $975. All utilities, internet, cable and insurance is included. The room is spacious and bright with beautiful hardwood floors.
