$1300/month room open on Sept 15th in a 3BR/2BA apartment in San Francisco! Details: The rent: $1300/month for the room + $46/month for internet and cleaning. Landlord pays all other utilities. The apartment: 1050 square feet, 3BR, 2BA with a small deck. The available room is 10x12 ft and there is plenty of storage in the shared closet. The living room is huge. Laundry is on site. The location: Geary and Laguna, in Japantown. The 38 bus stops right outside of our apartment for going to downtown SF. The Japantown mall and Fillmore street restaurants/bars are really close. The roommates: 2 male Facebook engineers, one a Stanford grad and one a Northwestern grad, both in their mid 20s. We both work long hours so the apartment is really quiet on the weekdays, but we like to be social on the weekends. One of the roommates is a workout junkie, the other loves traveling and exploring new places in SF. One of us has a second place in South Bay and is only around on weekends. You: clean, respectful, has a full time job, chill, down for sharing or a meal or a drink when everyone is around the house, fun but doesn't bring the party home. No pets per building policy. The lease is month to month with 1 month security deposit, and we prefer longer term applicants. Move in can be any time between May 15 and Jun 1st.
