I am relocating and am looking for someone to take over the lease to my one bedroom apartment in Southpoint Glen.
Rent is just $751/month. Power for the community is through Duke Energy and water is managed by AUM.
The apartment is 720 square feet with a washer and dryer in unit, fireplace, renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, plenty of light, and a spacious deck. See the floor plan here:
The Southpoint Glen Community has been a fantastic place to live - very quiet but super friendly neighbors. Located right off of I-40 on the Fayetteville Street exit, you'll be close to the mall, multiple grocery stores, and UNC, Duke, and NCCU. It's only a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Durham and you can access the American Tobacco Trail just across the street.
Amenities at the community include: a community gym, a newly remodeled swimming pool, free bike and DVD rentals from the community office, access to community computers and printers, a dog park, a playground, a volleyball court, and even outdoor grills and fire pits. Though I have not had a pet in the apartment, cats and dogs are allowed with approval from the office.
Move in as early as May 26! My lease runs until November 6th at which point you would have the option of renewing the lease.
