The house is a mechanics garage converted into incredible living space that features 20ft ceiling with a beautiful skylight and open concept living area.
One half of the space is our soundproofed music school/recording studio. It can be open to you to use, depending.
I have been so busy with the school and life, that finding someone to join us in this amazing space, got pushed to the side.
This is a house of music, artists, motivated, hard working, open minded visionaries who love the idea of working together.
It's not for everyone, but if you are awesome, chances are, it's for you!
