Hello there! Two columbia graduates looking for summer resident. Bullet Points: -AC in every room -Equal % utilities by each tenant -111th St. between Amsterdam & Broadway -Laundry in building -Safe neighborhood -First floor, no walk-up. -Very big room, the bed in photo is a queen to give you an idea on size. So I am looking for one person to fill a bedroom in my 4-bedroom apartment. The room will be opening on June 10th. You will be a two-minute walk to the 1 train (red line) and also right next to Westside Market, Duane Reade, Starbucks, Chipotle and Five Guys. All of my favorites. You are on Columbia Campus, but it will be quiet in comparison to the school year because only summer students are here. The city floods with interns in the summer, so these rooms will fill up quickly. $$$ talks and a pro-rated month of June will be asked for a deposit to hold the room, a minimal request. There will be no additional security deposit asked and rent will be due at the beginning of each month. These rooms must be rented until August 15th AT LEAST. Thanks guys, you may call or text me!
