The room is unfurnished and you get access to a large kitchen and living room area, 2 shared bathrooms, washer and dryer in the apartment, shared backyard with bike storage...and an amazing rooftop overlooking the Mission. We're 2 blocks from 16th Street Bart, < 5 minutes from the best restaurants bars and coffee shops in the Mission, 5 minute walk to Dolores Park (and Bi-Rite Creamery!). You'll be sharing the flat with 4 awesome apartment mates - 2 female + 2 male in their mid-late 20s. 3 in tech, 1 in retail. Each has their own room. We're looking for 1 person, or a couple, to move in in July/August. You need to be willing to sign a 1 year lease, with roommate replacement available if you need to move out before the year is up. Security deposit = 1 month's rent. The rent will be set a little higher for a couple than a single person.
