We need to move out for August 1st and want to transfer our lease (it is now a month to month) to someone else, that way you get to pay what we pay !
It is a really great apartment managed by Paramount Properties. Huge bedroom and living room. There is a balcony facing the back of the building so it is much quieter. Really nice tenants in the building, just an overall great place to live.
There are laundry machines on the ground floor (7 each) and we use the smartcards, so say goodbye to having to use those annoying coin machines!
As for the location, you are a super close walk to Food Basics and Metro, and a 10 minute walk to the St-Laurent shopping centre. Very close to restaurants and Silver City.
There is also a bus stop right in front of the building that brings you where you need to be! Do not miss out on this deal
