No having to go downstairs to do laundry. The bedrooms are very spacious. The closet in the master is quite large. The family room has a nice brick wood burning fireplace with gas starter.
This is a very quiet neighborhood. Family Tree Nursery is the neighbor to the north and east. They are good neighbors. They occupant of the other half of this duplex has been with us for many years, good neighbors as well.
