It's close to the subway and right on the streetcar line in a charming building with 7 units. It has two decent sized bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, living room and a very large patio/balcony. The living room is already furnished with a big couch, tv, record player, etc. The kitchen has all new pots and pans, utensils, dish-ware, big fridge and gas stove. There is a small air conditioning unit for really hot days. I've lived here for over two years without any problems, and with helpful landlords. The place isn't very big but is comparable to the size of most downtown apartments. It's also very clean and bright. I'm a mid 20's female working 9-6 weekdays. I don't spend a lot of time at home but am happy to hang out (or not) when I am home! Price is $950, everything included.
