1 Furnished room available in our beautiful three bedroom loft in Williamsburg Move in November 1st No couples or Pets $1,100/Month Rent + 100/month UTILITIES. (All included - Electricity, Gas, Net, common use consumables: toilet paper, paper towel) First month rent and 1 month security deposit to move in. ($2,300 total move-in cost) Short term only. 1 month minimum, 3 month maximum stay (negotiable). --The room-- The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair, small drawer, reading chair, and a small closet unit. This is a very good sized room with wood floor. The size is approximately 11.5 x 12.5 ft The apartment is lit with skylights, with no windows in the bedroom. --The apartment-- The apartment has a spacious dining and living room with a large sky light and a two story high ceiling. It is very conveniently located 15 steps from Bedford L train. There is one bedroom upstairs and two downstairs. We are renting one of the downstairs rooms. Location: L train Bedford Ave: 15 second walk = 5 mins to Union Square. G train Metropolitan Ave 6 mins walk = easy access to Greenpoint and Carol Gardens, and Prospect Park area. JMZ: Marcy Ave 10~15 min walk = great access to Lower East Side, Lower Manhattan. There are great Cafes, delis, restaurants, bars, cinemas, pharmacies, boutiques, etc are a 2 min walk. It's a super convenient area! --Roommates-- We are a couple, both mid 30s. One of us works from home and we both chill or work on personal projects at home in the evening. We also host a dinner party about once a week. (approx 15-20 people come to the apt to dine) Besides the dinner parties, we occasionally have friends over for dinner. As for this, you'll have very limited access to kitchen. There is a shy cat in the apt. She meows sometimes but never scratches/bites. Kitchen access is very limited. We're looking for someone who doesn't cook on a daily basis or don't cook at all. We're not looking for a homebody type or who works from home. Also, we prefer not to have someone who has a regular over night visitor. We're looking for someone CLEAN, RESPECTFUL, and RESPONSIBLE. No couples No Shoes in the apt. **No exceptions.
