I'm looking for someone to take over my lease at this house that's been my home for a year and a half. My spot is in the huge master room with a wonderful bathroom. You'll be sharing the room with one other person. The house itself has around 14 people. It's very large, with 6 rooms and two extra buildings in the back. It's got direct access to some pretty incredible running paths, some of which I've still yet to explore. We call the place Alexandria. It's a coliving project in Palo Alto located 7 mins from Stanford, 8 mins from Google, 10 mins from Facebook, and 5 minutes from Caltrain. The group of people living in the house are *incredibly cool*. You'll be rooming with a wonderful French student who's interning in the area. It's got business class internet, an outstanding kitchen, hot tub, really nice back yard, suuuper close access to the 101, working/dining/chilling areas, fireplace outside and inside, lots of parking, etc. It's super quite and peaceful outside, with a green grass and plants growing everywhere. It's also at the end of a street, so there's no through traffic. The room has a desk, queen sized bed, dressers, and shelves. The spot is available for starting now until the end of April for $900. The rent I'm currently paying is $1250, so I'll be subsidizing the cost for you. After April, the rent may go back up to $1250 (we'll confirm before you move in). There's also flexibility to stay a bit into April. It's all pretty flexible -- let's talk :D
