The house itself has two stories with 3 other girls living upstairs. The girls that currently live there are very nice people, not loud since 3 of them are committed varsity athletes and one is an Ivy student. The basement is beneficial because you're only sharing the washroom down there with one other person, and you have a big space with a couch, you could put a tv down there, and there is ample room to put a desk! There are two fridges in the house, some storage space for luggage and such in the laundry room and a massive fenced in back yard with a beautiful willow tree and a veggie garden. There is also a garage with ample parking spaces!
