Looking for a roommate to live in the private bedroom in my apartment, the space is shared, I am living in a portion of the spacious living room we have in an enclosed bedroom area. The apartment has a full kitchen, living space, washer and dryer and TONS of storage space, there is also a balcony outside and a fireplace in the space. There is an onsite parking spot available as well. The apartment is located in fairview neighborhood, walking distance to skytrain, and a large shopping area with grocery stores, etc are very close. I am 19, male who is attending langara for business and comerce, I am very relaxed and low maintenance, I am going to school full time and working part time so I am looking for someone who is also doing the same. What I am looking for in a roommate. You need to be able to show proof of income, someone who is willing to help with their share of chores/upkeep on the apartment. I am looking for someone around the same age as me 19-23. I want a good living environment so I'm looking for someone who is chill. I am more than happy to answer any and all questions about the space. Also the pictures I have put up are from when I first moved in the apartment has furniture and such now. THIS IS A SHARED APPARTMENT.
