My wife and I moved to New York from London in January and wanted a two bedroom apartment so that we could host guests from the uk, but currently need to downsize. We love the apartment - it's in a great location and has a lovely view of the Manhattan skyline. The staff here are excellent and have done a great job of making us feel welcome. The building has loads of amenities, a great gym and lots of outside space, including a new roof terrace that's just opened. We were one of the first tenants in the building, so it's basically brand new.
We've listed this as available from 1st September, but we (and the building management) are willing to be flexible on the date. It would be a case of you signing a new lease of 12 months minimum, which would then exempt us from seeing out the rest of ours. I will be showing the space- I work 5 minutes cycle away.
