Hi! I am looking for a roommate! I live in one of newer apartments on Kingsway and Nanaimo (5 mins walk from the Skytrain station). The apartment is fully furnished (dishes, plates, chairs, dishwasher, dryer, cleaner, etc...) - and you will have your own room with a TV, bed, and working desk. There's also wifi. The cost of rent will be $800. There is also a parking space in the parkade that you can rent for $50 per month. A little about me - I am a 25 year-old teacher in the Vancouver district. I don't smoke, don't go out and come home late often, am very clean, quiet and very easy to get along with! I would prefer to share this place with someone that is around my age.
