South East Edmonton furnished one bedroom Duplex for rent
Hello,
I am currently looking to rent a bedroom in my brand new two bedroom house (1,500 Sq ft) on a quiet street in Bonnie Doon. The room includes your own private bathroom with tub and shower.
The rent is $850 + $850 damage deposit inclusive of all utilities, internet and cable.
The room is furnished with a smaller double bed, built in closet and desk, but can be left partially/un-furnished if preferred. There is use of the garage if you have a vehicle. The house was newly built this year and is fully furnished with living room, half bathroom and dining downstairs (hardwood floors) and a TV/reading room upstairs. The basement is unfinished so can be used for storage as needed.
Location: The house is located a very short walk from University of Alberta Campus St Jean, a short walk into Mill Creek and a 15 minute cycle into downtown through Mill Creek. Bus access to the 151, 8, 14, 4, 94 among others. Grocery store is a 10 minute walk.

I am a male professional in my mid 30s with a busy lifestyle so the place will be your own at certain times. At home, I enjoy my space but am friendly and easy to get along with. I would prefer to share the house with another male with a friendly mature attitude, who will help me to keep a clean comfortable home. My wife works out of province so would be back in town on the odd occasion. Small dogs would be considered, if relatively quiet. No cats I'm afraid.
Recognising that sharing a home is a trial on both sides I am open to a flexible arrangement time wise and do not expect any length of commitment as long as it were a number of months.
