Move-in date: October 1 (not flexible). Females only. The bedroom available is not furnished; however, the remainder of the house is and we have an extra TV available if you would like to use it in the bedroom. We are looking for a new roommate in our three bedroom home. We live on the second and third floor of a townhouse in Toronto, between Bloor and Wellesley just East of Yonge. It is a great little neighbourhood, bordering Yorkville and Church street, a 15 minute walk to Dundas Square and the Eaton Centre, and easy access to the subway (less than a three minute walk to Wellesley Station!). There are three bedrooms in the house. The room that is available is on the top floor, shares a bathroom with another bedroom, and has access to the patio out back (patio with a BBQ and chairs). The bedroom will NOT be furnished. On the main floor, there is a large living room and kitchen, there is air conditioning in the house, there is a dishwasher, and we have an ensuite washer / dryer. The main floor is furnished already. There are currently two of us in the house - both female, 26 years old, young professionals. We both work 9 to 5 jobs; however, are quite busy in the Winter and tend to work much longer. Our neighbours downstairs are great and the neighbourhood is safe! Rent does not include utilities, cable, internet or house insurance, which ranges from $110 at the least to $200 at the most additional per month (depending on the month, weather, how much heat we use, etc.). As such, total cost per month ranges from $936 to $1026. There is also street parking available at $16 per month or parking in the back available for $80 per month.
