It's a shared room(the larger of the two rooms)with a male; it's pretty spacious, with a nice view and lighting and quite a bit of closet space. We're in a college town but not near any of the excessive college noise. There is a full kitchen and one shared bathroom. Parking will not be a problem, there is more than enough space in our lot. We're on a bus route that is ten minutes from the town's center. Heat, Hot Water and Garbage removal all included, we split electricity and the high-speed Internet(120mbps)every month. There are three of us currently and we're all college students and work. We're not sticklers for noise so there's moderate to no noise primarily. We're all friendly and personable people and can really get along with anyone, quite cleanly also. We're here until May 2016 and want someone who would like to commit that long but does not have to.
