West Ottawa one bedroom Apartment for rent
Apartment for sublease immediately contract until July 2016. I moved to this apartment in July 2015 but unfortunately I now have to leave it as I found a job outside of Ottawa. I need to move out at the latest by the End of October 2015, better if even earlier. The rent is $1050 all included: heat, water, hydro, parking for one car. There is storage area for the apartment and a bike room.
The apartment is situated on 30 McEwen Avenue right Off Richmond Road- West Ottawa on the 17th floor.
The kitchen has two appliances a refrigerator and oven/stove. There are two large closets in the apartment (one in the living room and one in bedroom) and a closet with shelves just outside the bedroom. The apartment is fully carpeted and the heat can be controlled from within the apartment.
There is laundry in the basement of the building that is coin operated: washing for $2 and dryer for $1.75. The building also has a pool area.
The apartment is very well lit and has a beautiful view on the Parkway where across the street lie bike and walking paths and beautiful scenery. Westborro beach is a ten minutes walk.
It is 5 minutes walk close to Lincoln Fields Mall (Walmart, Metro, Dollarama, Pinecrest Queensway Health center and Employment Canada) and Lincoln Fields Bus Station, 5 Minutes Drive to Westborro, 10 minutes to Bayshore and many other amenities.
Two superintendants on site and the building manager is a sweetheart.
I can offer it with or without furniture. The furniture is brand new (only 3 months old) all from IKEA.
