This payment is only made once you're absolutely certain, and you pay it at the same time as paying your damage deposit and first month's rent. The fee is a one-time payment that is a percentage of one month's rent. For example, if you rent one of our posted apartments with a monthly rent of $1000 and you're staying for 12 months, you pay us 60% of $1000 once. That amount is $600. That is all you pay to Homeurbano. Description of the accommodation: This 1 bedroom furnished apartment, is located a 4 minute walk from the bus stop. The unit has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed, nightstand, closet, and a dresser. The space measures 710 ft² + 300 ft² of terrace approximately. The building has shared laundry with an average price of $2.5 CAD per load (washer and dryer). The monthly rate includes hot water, cold water, electricity, heat, gas, internet and cable. Private Parking is available. A standard security deposit of half of one month's rent is expected to be paid, which will be returned at the end of the lease term. The tenant(s) must also pay $150 CAD fee when the unit is returned for professional cleaning.
