There is street parking and there is a parking lot on the other side of the condo for guests as well. Our unit has stairs that go directly from our unit to the garage. Pets: The landlord has previously approved a dog that weighed about 30 lbs. for one roommate and 2 cats for another. There may be an additional fee of $25/month for a pet if you have one. I don’t currently own a pet, but am pet-friendly. The utilities average $96-$124 (each) for gas, electric, water, sewer, and internet. I can give you a better breakdown if you need it. We have friendly neighbors, many local restaurants, many hiking/bike trails, and it’s close to freeways. Not too far from Madison.
