Rent includes ALL utilities (hydro, cable, hi-speed wireless WiFi) House has wood burning fireplace, 2 bathrooms, kitchen has 5 appliance, large bright south facing open deck, north facing living & dining rooms. House well furnished except for bedroom which means you need to get your own furniture though I may be able to help you source. Departing roommate may leave his bed behind. Bike room & laundry room on site with lots of storage. Street parking, new grocery store block away, transit steps away, direct bus to UBC, downtown, 29th Avenue Station, Kerrisdale, Marpole, with city being a 40-55 minute walk downtown as well as Kitsilano Beach 20 minutes south along Arbutus Street. House needs to be seen to be believed. Ideally prefer someone in their 30's and up, though will consider MATURE RESPONSIBLE candidates younger dependent on interview, within reason. Important to note that I've personally been in this house for going on 17yrs & have no intention of moving for sometime so also seeking someone seeking a more long term residency.
