HOWEVER!! If you are interested in the white room with big windows let me know- I am willing to sign over my lease to one person for that room.
The third roommate is very chill and attends York full time.
The house has been a chill space for us to come home to after a busy day. We enjoyed having an occasional glass of wine with each other and talking about our day! We both love to cook and the kitchen is perfect for that! Lots of cupboard and counter space. I am looking for someone to take over my lease and room who would be respectful, clean and relaxed for my current roommate!

Steps away from grocery stores, Annex hotspots, TTC (subway streetcar)
The rent is $766 a month for each bedroom.
Hydro is paid separately- roughly $30 a month paid every 2 months.
I am looking for someone to take over my lease until September! Either one of you or both of you can be on the lease- totally up to you.
Upon signing of the lease first and last is required!
My room (white room) had no closet, but can easily fit a queen bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers and or desk. It also has huge windows overlooking the Annex on Bloor- they are soundproof windows.
The second room (pink room) has a closet and a skylight window into the living room! Can fit a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, etc.
We've both lived very comfortably here and will be sad to leave.
