We are a fun, easy going, progressive couple looking for a roommate to sublet a room in our 2 bedroom apartment in Alameda (open to couples as well). The apartment is a beautiful 3rd floor, furnished apartment with vaulted ceilings overlooking Crown Memorial State Beach and with a great view of the bay. The room is about 150 SF and has its own bathroom (bath & shower included) and 2 closets. Asking rent is $1,300/month for a single tenant or $1,500 for a couple. We prefer candidates interested in staying longer term (i.e. 1 year). The complex and our apartment is pet friendly (no cats). Street parking is fairly easy to find and there is an option to rent a parking spot in the parking garage nearby for $60/month. We are looking to find someone starting December 1st.
