This payment is only made once you're absolutely certain, and you pay it at the same time as paying your damage deposit and first month's rent. The unit has a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The space measures 410 ft² + 40 ft² of balcony approximately. The floor has shared laundry (washer and dryer) at no additional cost. The monthly rate includes hot water, cold water, electricity, heat, gas and internet. A standard security deposit of half of one month's rent is expected to be paid, which will be returned at the end of the lease term.
