My girlfriend and I have decided to fly out of our current nest into another one the first of March and are looking for someone to take over our lease! The place is called Lower Burnside Lofts, it's brand-spankin' new (well, construction was complete last July). It comes with bike storage, garage parking (when available), street parking, a very large window, a third floor view....wait let me line up the deets below: Lease ends May 31st 1 BR/1 BA $1550 a month ~600 sq ft Large walk-in closet W/D in Unit New appliances Large industrial size sink Very stylish open cabinetry Huge bathroom medicine cabinet Pet friendly ($40/mo pet rent) Bedroom and closet doors are lovely sliding ones, which open up the space a lot Lots of restaurants around and things to do (think Biwa, Nong's Khao Man Gai, Rontoms etc...) More info at: / There would be an upfront 'deposit' of $600 to us, and a $42 application fee to the management. The reason we ask for the $600 upon move-in is because once we sign you on, we don't get our deposit, instead it would go to the person(s) who took it over. The on-site manager can explain that in more detail if need-be! After that, if you move in after December (this month), we will have likely already paid for the month, so you will owe us prorated rent up-front, otherwise rent is due at the beginning of January. I have attached the floor plan...it isn't QUITE the one we have but it's close. Instead of the two small windows by the Living room, it's one large, almost wall-encompassing window. The washer dryer are also stacked in ours, and the two closets are actually one very large one.
